What is left of the sunflowers, snow covered as an insult.
Sometimes it seem the more glorious you are and look the shorter your glory is.
Early season snow here today. Kids loved it and kept a fresh supply of wet clothes strewn in every corner of the house for the last three days.
Snow is annoying and depressing to me. Want it gone by my birthday. It's only redeeming quality is when heaps of it fall in January and close school. Otherwise bleh.
I wonder if I can harvest seeds from these sunflower heads and grow more next summer?
